Location: Dublin, Hybrid
Contract: 12 months rolling

Day Rate: €650-700

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions for our client. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and thrives in client-facing environments.

You will play a critical role in shaping solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring that implementations align with both business goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Define solution architecture, data models, integrations and customisations
• Provide leadership and guidance to functional consultants and developers
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance and security standards
• Oversee integrations with other systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications, Azure services)
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos and estimations
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong expertise in modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with Azure services, integrations, and API design
• Solid knowledge of Dataverse, security models, and data architecture
• Hands-on experience with customisations, plugins and extensions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff
